School Parliament

The School Parliament is made up of two representatives from each class. These members are elected by their class and formal voting takes place each September.

The elected members then have the job of representing the views of their classes at regular meetings, as well as all helping with the smooth running of the parliament. An elected chairperson runs the meetings and makes sure everyone has a say.

The parliament members also take suggestions made by the pupils to Mrs Abberley regularly. This means that their views are listened to and these are considered when decisions are made.

The School Parliament is helped by Mrs Gough, who assists the parliament with advice and helps them to liaise with the rest of the school.
